| We are currently registering students for our 2008-2009 preschool year. We still have openings in our T/Th afternoon classes. A $30.00 registration fee should accompany your completed and signed registration form. Two health forms are also required for enrollment--the immunization form may be filled out and signed by the parent. The Health Care Summary must be completed and signed by your clinic. These forms must be on file no later than the first day of class (we prefer that they be handed in at the time of registration). All necessary forms are available for download using the links on this page. You may also call Kathy in the preschool office to have the forms mailed to you.
