St. Philips Early Learning Center provides families in the
Hastings area with a preschool program in a warm and nurturing
Christian environment.
Variety of Experiences
A wide variety of learning experiences are provided to promote the
development of each child. Enriching activities are also included to
provide for individual spiritual growth through the use of Bible stories,
prayers, songs, and lessons in a non-denominational manner.
Each teacher carefully plans educational experiences that relate to a
different theme each week. Students participate in a variety of field trips
during the year. Examples have included a pumpkin patch, Como Zoo,
an apple orchard, and Dodge Nature Center.
Good Communication
A written summary of each week's activities is sent home, and
newsletters and activity calendars keep parents advised of upcoming
themes and events.
Our Staff
A professional staff has been selected based on educational
background, early childhood training, teaching experience, and
sensitivity to the needs of young children. One licensed teacher and
one adult classroom aide will work with each group of 16 children.
St. Philip's Early Learning Center is inspected and licensed on a regular
basis, by the State of Middesota Dept. of Human Services. Parents are
welcome to visit the center at any time. We value parent-teacher
communication throughout the year!

Registration Information 2008-2009 school year Your Child should be at least 3 years old by May 1, 2008 to register for our preschool program. Sessions are offered on the following days for the 2008-2009 preschool year. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 - 11:30 AM Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 - 11:30 AM 12:30 - 3:00PM Tuition for 2 sessions / week is $92 per month Tuition for 3 sessions / week is $110 per month Registration fee is $30.00 |
